The file 'Replacement SHAFT For Philips Food Processor HR7761 HR7762 3D Printer Model' is (STL,SLDPRT) file type, size is 1.5MB.

Summary

After original shaft got shredder (you know that the high pitch sound of a motor running free...), I saw no point in getting a new one to so it also gets shredded.

It took a few attempts, but this one has been holding nicely over several months.
As seen in the pictures, the square-nut dug itself diagonally into the PLA, but it doesn't go any further.

Instructions:

  • Take apart the original knife unit and remove the remains of the shredded shaft. Remember its a reversed thread, and you may need to grab it with a vise grip and hold the knife with a piece of cloth to get enough force in there.
  • Afterwards simply put it back in order with with the new shaft and close. The motor will tighten it.

The Solidworks file is also included if it helps and you need adjustments.
