I have a Linksys AE1200 USB WiFi adaptor. After jostling about in my laptop bag, its clamshell plastic casing broke apart. This was a quick and dirty printed replacement. The circuit board slides into the case, with the LED on the board lined up with the hole in the top of the case, then the cap is Krazy Glued over the end with the USB port.
I printed the case on its narrow side, and the cap face down. Quick easy print. No support, maybe a brim for the cap if you have adhesion issues.
