The file 'Replacement Ear Cup Holder Sony MDR V5 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 1.6MB.
Designed from scratch for the smaller form factor Sony monitor headphones such as the MDR V5, V4, 7504 and the like.
Can also be used for smaller sized DIY projects. Spans 52mm/~2in and the pegs are around 3.9mm thick.
You can choose between 2 variants of holders. one with cable routing "inside" the housing, the other with a little hook (untested, feedback welcome!). The "innie" version is a bit iffy but the latest version should work better holding the cable in (also untested, I'm okay with the zip-tie)
Both are the LEFT side by default, simply mirror during preparation to get the right side instead.
If you want to print it laying down on the yoke as seen in the foto, the angle for this is around 17°.
Stilts needed.
The cap also comes in 2 versions. With and without hole.
Screw needed is an M3 ~12mm long for the hole version, if you wish to secure it with a nut on the other side. The version without the hole can take up to M3 8mm, but will start bulging past 6mm, which should be fine with softer materials.
