The file 'Reo Bar Joiner 3D Printer Model' is (SLDASM,SLDPRT,STL) file type, size is 816.9KB.
We found some waste plywood and concrete reinforcing bar at a building site nearby and developed this part/system for making structures.
The parts print reasonably well without support on our printers here. In addition to the printed parts, required are 8 bolts/nuts/washers. The ones used are half inch head, quarter inch diameter and 45 mm in length, although 35 mm would work. The length will depend on the diameter of the reo bar. Here in Australia it seems to be about 12 mm. But here in Australia we seek to lock up those seeking asylum and think the future of energy is in fossil fuels so I understand things are different in other parts of the world.
There's some optimising to do and some complimentary parts may follow. However, it's strong enough for current purposes here as a bedside table and display table at our shop.
