I wanted a latch that I could easily put in place when my grandson comes to visit, but didn't have to get out a screwdriver to install or remove.
The base goes on the cupboard door and the arm slips in for use. The screw holes in the base line up with those in the arm, so the same holes will work for either base or arm.
A good heavy duty mounting tape also works if you don't want to put screw holes in your cupboard doors.
Printed with PETG, the fit is just about perfect.
Update:
I found the arm sometimes crept upwards in the base and added a detent to keep it in place.
