Added 1x3 array of Keystone jacks and fixed bugs in plates 4 and 5.
UPDATE: v1.41.1 - cleaned up the code a bit, revised keystone frame for easier insertion, same frame now used for all configurations, added keystone clearance parameter to adjust fit, adjusted keystone column spacing to distribute evenly across 2+ gangs, changed rocker (Decora) opening to rounded rectangle.
UPDATE: v1.5.1 - Added two new plate styles: a plate with Insteon mini-remote holder and a plate for the special-purpose Leviton 5239 "male inlet".
