This is my Ender 3 S1 (though it works with most other printers) or a filament "roller" for dry boxes.

Print two of the files.
Place two screws in one and two screws in the other bracket
Then, add washers to each
Then add ball bearings
Next, add washers again
Finally, add another spool bracket and finalize by adjusting for your spool
