I was keen to remove the standard plastic mudguard extension from the rear of the bike like most owners, but the rear reflector is mounted on the mudguard and it is required to gain an MOT pass.
I was not keen on the small stick-on reflectors that are commonly used when the mudguard is removed (about 12mm, if fitted at all), so I designed this bracket and fixing boss to allow the original part to be mounted directly beneath the number plate.
