This print has been my White Whale. Multiple failures on my old Wanhao Duplicator (rest its soul) and a fresh failure on my spanking new Bambu A1. All failures happen just past the 100-layer mark, as the launch tube begins merging with the body of the nose cone.
So I imported the model into TinkerCad and neut- removed the offending lower extremity. No idea how this will affect the launch, but my printer moves past that part with ease now.
I'll follow up with a launch test.
