There are a lot of cylindrical screw top containers out there, but not so many rectangular ones that can pack neatly in bins. (I needed this to fit in a box with Chessex dice containers. Unscaled, this holds 1.5 sets of dice.) You can scale the whole thing up pretty effectively, although the tolerances will loosen. Scaled down, the lid's very tight.
The tolerances on the screw cap are snug, although it will loosen up as you use it. Try printing the thread test and working it a few times to see if it works for your setup, and if not you can try scaling the box up by ~1% in x and y (not z or the thread pitch won't match).
If you want the perforated version so you can see what's inside your box, it's at https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/tool/rectangular-screwtop-box-including-lattice (I don't know why Thingiverse won't let me upload that file).
