This is a vacuum cleaner for your records. Works like the record cleaners that cost fortunes. I seen a lot of these types of attachments but none have some way to get airflow going. They are just sealed completely so in my mind that just sucks a vacuum and doesn't suck up much. That's why I have integrated slots in the contact area so the entire surface gets good airflow. Fits on a 35mm vacuum nozzle.
Print vertically and you don't need supports. I glued pieces of microfiber cloth to the contact areas with 3m VHB dubbel sided tape. If the holes don't fit lightly heat it up with a lighter and force it on, don't heat too much or the pla will warp.
I clean the records with distilled water and a little bit of isopropyl alcohol. Just put some on the record and let a record brush go over it while the record player is spinning. Then vacuum the liquid up.
Please test this on a bad record first, my succes might not equal yours!
