Summary

These beautiful badges are made from veneered plywood. The white symbols are inlyed pvc hard foam. I did cut when the veneer was on the bottom in order to get less tear.

The build was done on a desktop cnc-machine by Stepcraft from 6 mm beech plywood and a darker veneer using a spiral-toothed 1.2 mm flute.
