We picked up an old Ghostbusters firehouse for cheap, as it was missing a few bits and was in a generally sad state of repair. A few items I ebayed, but the doors are nigh on impossible to find. So for in the interim I decided to just print some. The doors are symmetrical, with the only difference being the back stop on the one door, which is supplied as a seperate part that I used EMA plastic weld to fix in place. Because they're symmetrical there's only one model file, as I just mirrored it in the slicer. It only just fit on my UM2 bed.
They're not a perfect replica by any means, but they look the part, fit and, most importantly, allow my son to play with it.
