There are two sizes to fit your glasses.
The hinges require an ordinary pin as an axle. It should fit very tight, use pliers to push it in place. Cut the tip of the pin if necessary.
Use 3mm x 5mm x 10mm magnets glued with epoxy. Put epoxy in both holes. Put the first magnet in a hole, cover it with a polyethylene bag piece, add the other magnet on top and close the case. Use a couple of rubberbands to keep the case closed tight while the epoxy sets.
