I had an A-Justo-Jig years ago which was 'lost' during one of the house moves. I have just got back into RC flying and have been acquiring the necessary tools to start scratch building planes. I printed the rib templates from DeltaD (
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1708994 - many thanks - version of the old "A-Justo-Jig" concept) and purchased some 25 x 1.6
aluminium square and 16 x 1.6mm tube. I have designed the attached parts to join everything together to make a functional jig.
The center section has been designed to allow it to be free standing without the end pieces. Great for those builds that don't require much work on the underside of the wing.
I have printed the small end pieces as shown in the photos. These are a little small (150mm tall) for my liking so have designed but not printed a larger version @ 250mm tall. Will also design a medium length(195mm?) to fit a 200x200 bed printer and add if anyone requires it.
