A pants for landing gear. Main wheels pants are designed for wheels 60mm diameter and 18mm wide. Nose wheel ones has the same outer dimensions, but due to necessity to fit also metal strut wheel diameter should be not more than 55mm.
There are 2 designs of nose wheel pants. One for vertical strut (perpendicular to the ground), another has the strut little inclined. Second variant looks little more naturally. See see files named with '2'.suffix.
Weight of each pant is 7.5g (ABS printed) and will be little more if printed from PLA. Nose wheel pants are designed for 2mm metal rod as a strut
I am attaching solidworks file so that you can tweak it for your dimensions. Hope to see photos of your model with these pants.
UPDATE 29-Nov-2015: Tested these pants. Unfortunately nose wheel ones do not work well. The reason is that pants are too easy to break, while wheel axle is mounted directly on the pant. When axle deforms on landing or taxiing it breaks the shell.
I updated the design. Now axle have a little freedom so that it does not break the shell. There are small bridges-clamps for the strut on the top of the shell.
Main wheel pants work well (on normal landing, of course)
