This is an adaptor for "rc plane ceiling hanger by klawndyke" that allows you to hang high wing rc planes (flat bottom airfoil) that serves to lower the rudder of the plane so that it does not touch the ceiling. There are two versions, the 5mm lift one lowers the tail more.
