Summary

Update 2022-09-12 Fusion360 F3z file: PM me - please post your mods and makes!

Update 2020-07-07: Uploaded short video. https://youtu.be/zTQBQT12BsQ

Update 2020-06-27: Maiden it today. It flies great, no modification is neccessary.
CG for maiden was 10mm in front of the marker on the wing. Handlaunch was easy. Motor behaviour is neutral when accelerating, no torque roll after launch with motor off and 7x5 pusher prop on 4s. Very stable. Impressed myself ;-) Download and print it now - fun guaranteed!!

I wanted to design and build a RC flying wing for quite some time now and finally got the chance to do so during the lock-down here.

My intention was to post a printable simple model that is proven to fly. However as we will not be allowed to go RC flying here for the next three weeks or so, I decided to do a pre-post.

Hopefully somebody is keen to print and maiden this design to give me some feedback?

Details
Wingspan = 900mm
Sweep = 300mm
Take-off weight = 580 gr (3s1500)
Motor = 2212/1400KV or other diameter 22
Servo = 9gr metal gear
Airfoil = similar HS522 (with S-bend)
Wing tilt = -5°
Dihedral = 0°
Motor angle = -3°
Battery = max = 1300/4s
CG = tow marks at the bottom of the main body (Theoretical = 192mm from the nose)

Each of the parts except the motor mount needs to be printed mirrored, this function you can do easily with your slicer.

I hope you have lots of fun with this design!
