RC plane endless wing building rack . you will need 2 lengths of 15mm copper pipe to make the rack as long as you need it and pile of m3 x 30mm bolts and lock nuts to match, the lock nuts needed are 4 per cross bar and they will need to be gently tapped in as the holes for them are tight enough to keep them in place. the two end supports are bolted through the pipe. and the mid supports require two small self tappers per support and are screwed to the pipe and then the built rack is screwed down to my work bench to keep it straight and true but you could attach to a board if you wanted mine is 40 inch but you could build upto 3.1m in one go if you wanted. I have included all my design files so someone could different clamps or fixings. enjoy if your a balsa builder as their are not many of us left.
