Version 3. Previous versions (as seen in a few YT videos) were with normal PLA tests/had longer nose / elevator servo differnt location / didnt look as nice as V3.

Materials beyond the obvious;
500mm x 8mm Carbon Tube (Wing spar)
140mm x 4mm carbon Rod (Elevator spar)
Short bits of Spring wire or Carbon rod just under 2mm for Aileron hinges
3x 9g Servos (suggest HXT900)
some 4mm wood dowel for alignment
