A 1:100 scale concept model for an addition to a heritage listed house in Western Australia with a location near the coast on a relatively flat site. The project was modeled in Archicad, where it was broken into small enough parts to fit the build plate. This also allows for the client to take apart the model and get a better idea of the spaces. The parts were printed on the 5th Generation Makerbot Replicator.
There was considerable post production work required, due to the complexity of the model. Portable lights, powered by button cell batteries, were placed in the model for photography.
