The sweep angle on the Raven Flying wing is 26.6 degrees. These parts should work for any similarly swept wing aircraft.
Control horns with the right amount of sweep angle built in for the Raven (and Swift) EPP radio control flying wings. These are designed to be attached using M3 nuts and bolts with the blank plates on the opposite sides of the control surfaces to spread the load from the nuts and bolts. I intend to use nylon plastic M3 nuts and bolts to keep the weight down, which I will super glue to keep from un-threading.

I suggest printing these with 100% infill at maximum quality. Printing with support may help prevent the overhang from warping and weakening the control horn. I used 0.1mm resolution on the layer height.
You might get better results printing the two control horns individually depending on your printer, so I have included them as separate files.
The holes in the control horns are 1mm similar to many servo control horns. This is the right size for small gauge wire based clevises but will need drilling out for larger diameter hardware.

I have also included the file for the servo pushrod connector. It's designed to work with 2mm carbon (or other material) tubes which push into the connector. I used superglue to glue mine in place. They use the same diameter hole as the control surface servo horn connectors. I used the legs of some old 1 watt resistors that happened to be the perfect diameter but any kind of small pin cut to length would work. You can either print 4 of these and cut your tubes the perfect length or else print 2 and use screw thread based hardware on the other end to get an adjustable length.
