My Pi 4 Design; https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4020155
Designed for maximum cooling and to have a fully functional pi-cam and display port. This case lowered my pi's operating temp from 60 degrees C down to 37.6 C!
It can still operate at 2 amps! (it is prefered to use a 2.5 amp power supply)
You Will Need:
8: M2.5 / M3 x 12mm to hold the fans on (i used 4)
4: M3 x 16mm Screws to hold the case together
4: M3 x 8mm Screws (you can go with less than 8mm) to attach the Pi to the case (you can also use just 2 screws)
