The file 'Raspberry Pi Zero LAN/USB Hat Case With Camera Slot And Screw Mounts And Fan Holder 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 199.3KB.
Print with Tree Supports to build plate only ideally.
Two versions, 25mm and 30mm case fans including a small slot for the fan wire to go back into the case.
(I have withdrawn the 25mm version until I can test it.)
I have not tested the 25mm version, only the 30mm version.
I used M3 Nuts and M3*16mm Hex head bolts to hold the 30mm fan in place, these fit perfectly if you also use the fan guard linked below, otherwise, spacing washers will also work, or of course, shorter bolts..
No, it's not noisy, I used a 5v fan, from Pi-hut, it's silent. Stops ALL throttling. I didn't put an aluminuim type heatsink on the pi-Zero 2w, but I did stick on a 2mm flat copper plate type heatsink.
I have included the lid in the STL list for convenience. I have also included a USB LOOP COVER file, this prints a little cover to go over the Micro USB loop on the outside. Makes things look a little neater.
The LAN/USB Hat is a 'Waveshare Eth/USB Hat' from Pi-Hut.
