This is my first upload to Thingiverse. I was having difficulty finding a Pi Zero case that printed and fit well, so I made my own. :)
It is loosely based on Cowkitty's case design, however I was having issues getting it to print on my RepRap clone. It was made in OpenSCAD and designed to be printed at 0.2mm, both the Zero and the cover should fit snugly in the base. The top cover will need gentle twisting to fit it in it's place.
To remove the Zero, gently twist the case back and forth while lifting with the HDMI port. Just be mindful of the connectors within it.
The revised case will hold all versions of Raspberry Pi Zero securely enough to use as a keychain PC. I do not recommend using ball-chain keyrings if you are going to take these out of the house as they often come loose or break. Beware of any chains used to hold the case as they may contact the Zero when it is powered.
If something doesn't print or fit well on your printer please let me know.
