Note that the project requires either two side brackets and two clear plastic sides, or the housing with sides. Other required parts are a base board of some kind (I used a 3mm plastic sheet), a reed switch (3mm or 2.5mm cross section, c.14mm long) and magnet, six M3 nuts and six M3 bolts (the length depends on the thickness of your base board), and a Raspberry Pi Pico or similar microcontroller.
