The file 'Raspberry Pi 4B Desktop Case With Ups 3D Printer Model' is (xlsx,DWG,STL,factory) file type, size is 328.8KB.
I am confused. The previous project has become private, so I can only repost it and give feedback with thingiverse (not yet responded). Please don’t believe it when commenting on any third profitable website, 90% are liars, please be careful
Regarding the assembly video, although I really want to make a video, I don't know how to edit it, and I don't want to reassemble it again, I believe you too.
This is a small case for Raspberry Pi, which supports UPS, cooling fan, memory card insertion and removal, and battery removal. The size is 92 * 92 * 60mm
If you want to make this case, you need to prepare the following materials, of course I also gave a list of materials:
Non-printable parts | Quantity | Remark |
---|---|---|
Raspberry Pi 4B | 1 | Buy it yourself |
Raspberry Pi cooling tower | 1 | Used for Raspberry Pi heat dissipation, horizontal fan can effectively save space |
Raspberry Pi UPS PLUS | 1 | Don’t buy it wrong, buy this one under the Raspberry Pi |
0.96 inch oled | 1 | Used to display |
M2.5mm nut | 4 | For top fixing |
M2 x 3mm hexagon socket screw | 4 | For 0.96 inch oled fixing |
M2.5 x 8mm hexagon socket screws | 12 | Used to fix the side screen * 8 Used to fix the bottom acrylic * 4 It can also be used to fix M2.5 * 14 copper pillars * 2 |
M2.5 x 6 + 6mm copper pillar | 4 | For the cooling tower of the Raspberry Pi, you can use the built-in screws |
M2.5 x 7 + 6mm copper pillar | 4 | For UPS for Raspberry Pi, you can use the built-in screws |
M2.5 x 14mm double pass copper post | 2 | M2.5 * 14+4 copper pillars can be used instead. Considering that there are fewer copper pillars, double-pass copper pillars are recommended |
M2.5 x 20mm double pass copper post | 2 | The UPS is fixed at the bottom, which can be replaced by M2.5 * 20+6. Double-tube copper columns are recommended for easy installation |
M3 x 10mm hexagon socket screw | 4 | Used to fix the cooling fan on the top |
Among them, it is recommended to use acrylic(3mm) for the side and bottom plates, which will look good. I also provided the dwg file for acrylic cutting. Then the side panel will be very monotonous because of the blank, you can engrave some patterns on it, just like me.
I will post a video later
