Summary

I took one tray and duped 5 more instances. I then lined them all up as carefully as possible then merged them into one object. Then I used the cut with dovetail option in PrusaSlicer 2.7.4 and ended up with two pieces that will slide together as one unit to fit into a 19" rack without need of the steel support rods from the original design. I would recommend using some CA glue to join the two halves. Slide them together but not completely, add a few drops of glue then slide them into place and tap gently with a screw driver or a plastic mallet. Use gel type CA so you have time to get the alignment perfect, the thin, watery type of CA dries almost instantly and you could end up with a ruined mess. I used tree supports just because my printer isn't all that great on bridges and overhangs but you can skip the supports if your printer is tweaked up. I made this to fit on my E3 Max Neo but if you have a smaller printer you can print the parts one at a time by rotating them 45deg. and dragging one off the print bed then reverse the process to print the other one.
