Added a hole for a 30x30x7mm Fan in "Raspberry Pi 4 30mm Fan Case TOP.stl" since the raspberry 4B 4GB is heating up to ~62°C in idle without a housing.
By adding a 30mm 5V Fan i was able to reduce its idle Temp. to ~42°C without using additional heatsink.
To read CPU temperature execute the following command within a terminal window:
vcgencmd measure_temp
I fixed the Fan with 4x M3x12 screws and 4x M3 nuts.
Connect the Fan as shown on one of the pictures (Pin#02 = 5V & Pin#06 = GND)
Added pictures from internals.
Added a 1cm higher Top Case for an additional heatsink to get your Raspberry even cooler. (Thanks to Otherbarry1992 for the picture and the testprint)
Added another Version of the taller Top Case without Fan holes to make it easier to remix your own Fan onto it.
