This is a RAM ball mount that attaches to the original BMW navigation mount. The ball has spiral grooves to prevent slipping. I used 100% infill for strength, but it may not be necessary to go that far.
Dec. 31, 2023 Updated: A groove for O-rings have been added to the ball to prevent further slippage. If you are concerned about slippage, please use this one; an ID20 x CS2mm O-ring will fit.
