Designed this to work with self-tapping screws I had on hand. Print 2x of these and hold them in place behind the bumper. The small square portion should sit inside the factory holes and will allow you to screw into it without it spinning.
100% infill is a must in my opinion. The resolution probably doesn't matter too much.
