I designed this rainbow night light for my daughter. It can be opened and closed, these parts fit perfectly in each other. I added a (usb) rechargeable light (bicycle light or headlight) which is attached to the back with a poster buddy. The colored rainbow stripes are glued onto the front part with super glue. The printed version you see on the photos is about 18,5 centimeters in width and was printed on lowest quality with my Creality CR-200B.
When you resize the STLs, make sure that the colored stripes are about 1mm thick (z) so that they are not too thin, letting too much light through, and not too thick, blocking the light.
It's the first night light I designed and it's not perfect, so feel free to remix it, for example adding a glue border for the top of the blue stripe and the bottom of the red stripe. Or add something to hold your own light solution when you don't want to superglue it or use poster buddies. I also added a back part with a small hole, in case you want to let out a wire to a socket.
