Summary

Outer donut/wheel for the Radiomaster MT12.

The original foam donut works OK on the radio, but over time it will become looser. I also prefer a rubber/TPU wheel for better grip.

To install, unscrew the center wheel and pull it off the transmitter shaft. Pull off the foam donut and replace it with the TPU printed version.

NOTE: This is intended to be printed in TPU. It may work in a non-flexible material, but the dimension for the inside would need to change for it to fit properly. This is intended to have a very slight interference - but assumes that you are printing at a pretty high flow rate (at least 5-10% higher than a normal) so if you print this and it is loose, change your settings to a higher flow rate to adjust or modify the model.

UPDATE 03/22/24: I have printed the part and confirmed the fit. It will be a little tricky to slip the donut over the wheel, but it can/will flex over the ridge. If you need a little more flexibility to the part, decrease the infill percentage.
