I have one of these Radioddity GD-88 DMR HT's and need to connect it to an antenna via coax, so I got these connectors off Amazon but the tiny SMA nut is a pain to screw on and off.
I designed this simple little shroud (I guess that's what you'd call it) that slides over the hex part and has knurls at the top so it's much easier to screw it and unscrew it from the radio. It also provides a little bit of strain relief at the radio connection.
I don't know if it would work with any other radio, you might need to cut off a bit of the radio end in your slicer of choice to make it work.
