First of all, a little disclaimer, the lamp is connected to up to 220V, please be careful and only do it, if you know what you are doing.
This is a self clamping lamp mount for the R7s 78mm LED (LED only!!!), printed in ASA+CF.
I use the OSRAM LED Slim Line 78 60 R7S, 6W (=60W) Warm White with 806 lm, d=21mm.
The big brother with 8,5W (dimmable) is working with the clamp as well, but needs a lager cover.
The cover is printed in PETG, and the caps on the sides are printed in TPU.
The caps prevent randomly touching the connectors at the side, which could save your life. :)
For assembling, you will need the follow parts:
2x pan head screws M3x12 (DIN7380, V2A)
6x nuts M3, 3 each screw (DIN934, V2A)
2x washers M3x7x0,5 (DIN125, V2A)
2x ring cable lug 1,5mm² M3
For the cover:
2x Neodym 10x1mm N45
2x washers M4x12x1
The R7s LED is self clamping and a spring is not needed.
Also, I use (except for the cover) only stainless steel, to prevent corrosion.
In my tests, the 6W lamp reached temperatures over 60 °C, so for my prototype (printed in PLA) was still working. But for long-time use and with focus on the thermal stress, I strongly recommend filament with higher temperature resistance.
