This is third development of quad lock mount. I use it extensively in my many city bicycles so thing get a lot of abuse and outdoor testing with sun and weather elements. As other designs with printed spring part failed after more or less time, I was looking for more robust and elegant solution. So I used standard pen parts for spring mechanism. You need two springs cut in half and two 16.5mm long tubes (around 2.8mm diameter) from pen fill.
