This is a simple spacer that will raise your build plate guides (rear and side) after installing QIDI's soft magnet. The build plate guide is normally lost after the installation of the soft magnet.
If you're not familiar with what the part is intended for, take a look at the photos. After installing the soft magnet, the thickness of the magnet covers access to these guides (circled in blue). After installing the part that I made, you'll have ample access to these plate "guides".
