A simple replacement (mostly temporary) thumb screw/nut
Loosely based on the Pyranha Foot Rest thumb nut (M6x1.0)
May fit other models, let the bolt threads clean up the plastic threads. If I get ambitious enough later, I might create a model for a heat set thread insert.
