Navigate the hidden maze by turning the two dials. This one is sized for a bank note and prints in separate pieces.
All models are all in assembled positions. Flip the "upper" section over for printing.
Your first puzzle is how to assemble and lock it! Refer to the print-in-place "PiP" model which shows everything assembled (except the "upper") or load up all the files in Meshlab or something as a guide. X-Ray view might help shine a light on the problem (hint).
First put the "slider" on the "lower" maze and navigate it to the lowest point so it sits flush. Outer tabs towards the bottom as the model is oriented.
Next the outer shell ("core") goes on, with grooves to mesh with those tabs on the sliding element.
Now comes the top. It only fits in one position. Turn it 180 degrees once in place and you should be able to start turning the bottom dial to engage the maze mechanism. Entering the maze is deceptively easy, escaping not so much.
