This is really a nice puzzle, that many can solve in some minutes.

I must admit, that I didn't really believe that it would work, before I printed it ;-)
I scaled the inserts down to 98%, so that most of the time it should work at once. If the inserts are to narrow, the CURA setting "horizontal expansion=-0.1" will also help printing the inserts, if there is too much clearance try "horizontal expansion=0.1".
Another change I made is, I made the puck a little smaller, and also bevelled it at the outer corners.
