Summary

Since all the available designs on this site are way too big for my printer bed (200x200), I decided to make a push stick that would fit. I modeled this push stick from scratch but used the PushStick_10mm.stl from Lindh3d as the template, so it's not an exact copy with just a split in the middle but not my original idea, either.

I left the tolerance tight (depending on your printer, of course) at 0.25mm at the split as you do not want this slipping apart while pushing wood through the table saw. I am able to lean my body weight into the push stick against the edge of a table with little flex. Hopefully, you won't be pushing this hard on a piece of wood. It may be easier to store in separate pieces, but I would highly recommend using a strong glue or welding the pieces together to be extra cautious.

I suggest printing with at least 3 perimeter shells and 25% infill.
