The file 'Punisher Style Fantasy Skull Bowl 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 3.6 MB.
I have a little brother who love drawing and is into the Punisher comics right now, so I created this remix (see 2827022 by BasP) to Punisher-ize the skull and turn it into a pencil cup for his desk. To be honest, it looks pretty cool, but the Punisher logo doesn't translate to 3D super well, because in the 2D logo the bottom protrusions are paint drips, not teeth, which is how they come across here. But long story short, he loved it, I think it looks cool in general, and could just as easily pass for some kind of alien skull, so have fun with it!
I edited the design on my iPad using an app called Nomad, and I exaggerated the eyes, added the protrusions at the front, tilted the whole thing so it'll stand up, and added a cutout in the top for the bowl area.
I printed it on my Ender 5 Pro with a 0.8mm nozzle in standard 3DFuel PLA. You could definitely print with a smaller nozzle, and if you don't plan on hand-sanding/filling/painting, I'd recommend doing so.
I printed it all at once, upright with manual supports in Prusa Slicer for the cheekbone bridges and steepest parts of the eyes and nose.
After the print was done, I scuffed it pretty good with a 120 grit sanding pad and then coated it in Durham's Rock Hard Water Putty, but any filler could work. I went with Durham' because the off-white/slightly yellow color worked well for this project. So I globbed on the putty, waited for it to dry, and then sanded to clean it up. I sealed it with a few coat of Rustoleum 2X matte clear.
Enjoy!
