This is a part for a DIY pump sack to inflate an air mattress. With a regular plastic bag, an elastic band or tie wrap and this small part, you can make your own pump.
How to use this tool? Make a small hole in the corner of your plastic bag, roughly matching the diameter of the main cylinder. Slide the longest part of the tube from the inside through the hole until you reach the first ring. There are two rings in the design. Between these rings, you can put an elastic band or tie wrap to make the connection air-tight. The second ring has an opening so you can easily cut the band that holds the bag tightly around the adapter. This is useful to replace your sack.
I use it to inflate my trekking air mattress with a hole of about 16-17 mm. It is recommended to uniformly scale the model to fit the size for you own mattress.
