I had a blown speaker on my PSOne LCD. I wasn't able to find an exact replacement but this one from AliExpress fit the spec (it's 8Ω 2W and the one in the LCD is 8Ω 1W but it works):

The bracket makes it fit the mounting holes. I snipped the corners of the speaker with flush cuts and epoxied it to the bracket.
