The file 'Prusa MK3S Mount For Raspberry Pi3B Sleeve Case 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 121.7KB.
This is based on the Pi Sleeve case by Walter Hsiao (here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:604915) but with TWO differences:
The "cap" is unchanged (but is still included here for completeness)
I don't think the printer settings much matter. I've listed what I personally use, but you should probably use whatever you normally would with your own setup.
The only non-3D-printed items needed are: 2 x M3x6mm screws to attach the mounting plate and clip to the printer frame. See pics.
The Pi and Prusa pinouts are well documented, but feel free to message me if you have any questions on how I'm powering my Pi. BTW: I've heard Pi's may not like power from the Prusa, so I'm treating this setup as EXPERIMENTAL (so far, it's worked well).
Before attaching the mounting plate to the printer frame, pass the clip through the plate, as shown in the pics (the clip is printed separately to ensure it can be printed in the correct orientation, to make it nice and springy).
NOTE: I haven't tried this with PLA, so can't comment on how well the clip would retain the sleeve case if printed with PLA.
The case can be clipped in with the USB/Ethernet ports pointing up or down.
Ensure the clip lugs are fully located in the vents.
To unclip, rotate the case horizontally, along its vertical axis, within the clip, until it's released
