I liked the simple elegance of oliasmage's power supply mount. Especially attaching the mount to the Prusa frame in combination with the cover. I needed to modify it for the components that I had on hand though. Namely a single 120V switch and separate power cord. While I was in the OpenSCAD file he generously provided I went ahead and added the power supply control relay too. To enable the relay with a Ramps 1.4 board, install the jumper for the servo control power, terminate supply and ground wires to a spare servo pin and the signal to the pin right next to the reset button.
Note: To make it easier to wire the relay I removed the control voltage pins and re-soldered them to the back side of the PCB. I could have terminated the wires straight to the board but this will be nice if the relay ever fails.
***This is still a work in progress because I had to dremel the tar out of the relay holder during assembly. Plus I decided that I didn't like where I put the power cord and moved it around the corner. The uploaded .STL files are my corrections after the photographed attempt. I'll reprint the new files at some point but for now it's working.
