The frame designed by Shane Graber is awesome (thx man) and I've been using it on a few build. However when using PLY instead of aluminium the nut trap is a bit weak and it will be the first place that give.
So Using a remix of the nut trap designed by Joshua Rowley from e3d I've modified the frame to allow the nut trap to fit in.
Note: I've added the SLMS logo to the frame part of a group build I'm running when you setup in your job control just ignore (don't select those line part of the cut profile) The Fusion360 source is provided below.
frame_6mm_ply_2.dxf is optimized to fit the cut into a 600x400 ply sheets the original arrangement was just a tiny bit outside the sheet.
