Summary

Update Remix this to allow use of optical endstop.

After having to use the poorly designed Z stop adjust for too long, here's a mod that is based on a few different "things" I've seen on here.

Simply remove the two left bolts from LHS Z motor, place motor mount over and replace old bolts with ones 2mm longer (M3 x 12mm).

Attach micro switch to the mount using two M2 14mm bolts and nuts ( I used some locktite here once in correct place).

On the adjuster there is a cut out for an M4 nut (very tight fight to ensure no backlash, so you may have to file out or use a soldering iron to fit the nut).

Once nut is fitted thread thru a M4 Bolt/Screw ( For belts and braces i also added another nut to act as a lock nut).

Now lower the Z axis down slowly towards the micros switch and ensure everything lines up. Now tighten the microswitch in place with the M2 Bolts and nuts.

Good Luck.
