This is a LED cup to prevent light bleed from the cyclotron lights.
It was designed to be specific to the following parts:

But those are fairly popular - so many people may share the same setup.
The cups fit over the PCB of the LEDs and sit surface level with the rest of the cyclotron.
Mine fit with friction, but a bit of hot glue can be added if necessary.
