Summary

Protogen M16 mk3 V1.2.1

UPD (10/15/2022): Removal of sales bans. Do whatever you want, change models, make your own versions, make, sell to anyone as much as you want.

The model is almost completely ready for production. Changes:
1 - The holes in the base have been changed to use M3 embedded brass nuts with a length of 6mm and an outer diameter of 4mm, I think it will not be difficult to find such, but the build quality will increase significantly, a picture of the nut is attached. Assembly requires 12mm M3 countersunk head screws.
2 - The base earpiece tip has been redesigned for easier installation with almost no post-processing. Removed extra holes in the upper part of the base.
3 - Improved front frame, removed excess plastic, added air vent for 40/10 or 50/10 mm fan. Changed fastenings for M3 screws.
4 - Added new inserts to the earphone to use the backlight with a diffuser and a stencil with your drawing. The stencil is applied to the back of the earpiece glass.
5 - Added a case for installing an LED strip or other light sources to illuminate the stencil insert.
6 - A new master model for vacuum forming of the visor has been added - MASTER 2. It spends half the amount of plastic and, as I found out, is stronger since it does not have a filling that leads to the splitting of the first master model.

Changes in v1.2
1) The long-awaited back of the head has been added. (Attention of the model base l and k, although they are similar to the old ones, are fundamentally different)
2) Redesigned base models. Now the base consists of three (or two, if you have a large printer - use the combined version) parts of the base, front frame and inserts.
3) The model of the insert with a stencil now requires revision either in the program or by hand - you need to make a hole in the shape of the required pattern.

ALL MODELS ARE ALREADY LOCATED OPTIMALLY, ALL YOU NEED IS TO ALIGN IT TO THE CENTER OF YOUR PRINTER

You can change the model files, add your own inserts and customize the model in every possible way,

Changes in v1.2.1
1) Added new versions of base corner.
2) Removed old version of master model.
